Wednesday, 29 April 2026 | At the sitting held on 29 April 2026, the members Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the basis for negotiation and conclusion of the General Defence Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia/Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel/Ministry of Defence of the State of Israel regarding the exchange and reciprocal protection of classified information in the field of defence and the text of the General Defence Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia/Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the State of Israel/Ministry of Defence of the State of Israel regarding the exchange and reciprocal protection of classified information in the field of defence, submitted by the Government requesting consent by the competent committee for the provisional implementation of the Agreement pending its entry into force.
