PFG with Denmark Meets with Danish Embassy Charge d’Affairs
The members of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Denmark, headed by the chair, Dr Vesna Rakonjac, met today with the Charge d’Affairs of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Belgrade Morten Skovgaard Hansen to discuss the traditionally good relations between the two countries and intensifying cooperation in a number of areas such as healthcare, agriculture, defence and rule of law.

Women’s Parliamentary Network Meets with Representatives of Melbourne University and UN Women Serbia Project
At the working meeting on 15 May, Gordana Subotic, research student of the School of Social and Political Sciences, University of Melbourne, presented her research on women in politics which records how women politicians employ their national and feminist identities to advocate and raise gender issues in Serbia to the political level.

Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Committee Deputy Chairman Miodrag Linta Meets with Representatives of Serbs from Mostar
Miodrag Linta, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region, said he was most pleased to meet with the representatives of Serbs from Mostar and briefed the guests on the activities of the Committee comprising MPs who know no boundaries or differences. Linta said it was important to exchange information, emphasizing to that end the significance of the monthly “Srpsko Kolo”, unique in the region, dedicated to Serbs living there and printed in 25,000 copies.
