    SEECP PA Plenary Session

    The National Assembly’s standing delegation to the South East Europe Cooperation Process Parliamentary Assembly (SEECP PA), took part in the organization’s 6th plenary session, held on 21-22 June 2019 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The National Assembly’s delegation comprised Dr Sci.med Darko Laketic and Marko Parezanovic. The SEECP PA plenary is the main event of the parliamentary dimension of the Bosnian Chairmanship of SEECP, which formally ends with a meeting of foreign ministers and summit of heads of states and governments in Sarajevo on 8-9 July 2019.

    Meeting of SEECP PA General Committee on Economy, Infrastructure and Energy

    Marko Parezanovic, substitute member of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the South East Europe Cooperation Process Parliamentary Assembly (SEECP PA), took part in the meeting of the SEECP PA General Committee on Economy, Infrastructure and Energy, on 16-17 June 2019 in Ankara, Republic of Turkey. The topic of the meeting was “The role of energy in the sustainable development of South East Europe”.

    The European affairs committees of the Visegrad Group (V4) member states met on 17 June 2019 in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. A National Assembly delegation comprising Nenad Canak, Vesna Markovic and Dubravka Filipovski took part in the meeting that was also attended by Serbian Ambassador to Slovakia Momcilo Babic.

    Second Meeting of the Commission for Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Chinese National People's Congress, Topic – Kosovo-Metohija

    The second meeting of the Commission for Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Chinese National People's Congress was held today at the Chinese National People's Congress. The focus of the meeting was international law, preservation of territorial integrity and sovereignty, and in that context the question of Kosovo-Metohija. The officials also deliberated on the potentials of future economy and infrastructure development projects and exchanged agriculture, environmental protection, science, education and culture-related experiences.
