EU-Serbia Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee Seventh Meeting Declaration and Recommendations Adopted
The delegations of the National Assembly and the European Parliament continued the seventh meeting of the European Union-Serbia Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) on Thursday, 21 December, with a discussion on the state of play of the accession negotiations and EU-Serbia relations.

Fifth National Conference of Women’s Parliamentary Network
The Fifth National Conference of the Women’s Parliamentary Network, held at the National Assembly House and co-organized with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, was attended by 500 councilwomen from municipalities across Serbia. The Conference featured presentations of the WPN’s results in the last year, types of networking between women at the local and provincial level and the achievements of the legislative system and how it is used to combat discrimination and promote gender equality.

25th Anniversary of Renewed Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Serbia and the State of Israel
The National Assembly and the Embassy of the State of Israel co-organized a celebration of the 25th anniversary of renewed diplomatic relations between the Republic of Serbia and the State of Israel attended by MPs, representatives of the Serbian Government, churches and religious communities, as well as the diplomatic corps.

Improvement of Cooperation between Serbia and Russia in Field of Innovation and Digital Technology
The members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy met today at the National Assembly House with a delegation of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation comprising the members of the Committee on Economic Policy, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship to discuss how to best improve cooperation between these two parliamentary working bodies.

European Integration Committee Chairman Talks to Georgian Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee Chairperson
At the margins of the international parliamentary conference “EU and Partners – Embracing Diversity for Stronger Unity” in Tbilisi, Georgia, the Chairman of the European Integration Committee Nenad Canak met with the Chairperson of the Georgian Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee Sofio Katsarava.
