Seminar for Members of Commission for Control of Execution of Criminal Sanctions
At the seminar for the members of the Commission for the Control of Execution of Criminal Sanctions, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Directorate for Execution of Criminal Sanctions and the Ombudsman, with the support of the experts of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, presented the work of the Directorate for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, the legal framework for the execution of criminal sanctions, internal supervision rules and standards, types of supervision over the work of prisons, European prison rules and standards of the Committee for the Prevention of Torture.
