42nd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the four bills proposed for the agenda of the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014, submitted by the Government, and found them all compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members unanimously declared the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2014 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the National Employment Service 2014 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2014 Financial Plan, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members went on to ascertain that the Bill on temporary regulation of salary i.e. wages and other steady income calculation and payment bases of public fund users, Bill on temporary regulation of pension payment and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Central Registry of Compulsory Social Insurance, also comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
