41st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 23 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the four bills on the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014 and found all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members found all 26 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Privatisation Agency compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found the two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Right to Free Shares and Financial Compensation to the Citizens in the Privatization Process compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members found the two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investment Funds and all four of the amendments submitted to the Bill on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of the Construction of the 400 kV Electrical Power Transmission System “Trans-Balkan Corridor – Stage One”, submitted by the Government compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
