Twenty-Fourth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At the sitting held on 19 October, the Privatisation Committee considered and accepted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for July 2010, Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for August 2010, Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for August 2010 and the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for September 2010.At the sitting, the Committee members considered the Privatisation Agency’s Information on the monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations by the Buyer of the capital of Privatisation Subject “Keramika” AD from Mladenovac.

Thirtieth Sitting of the European Integrations Committee
At the sitting held on 19 October, the European Integrations Committee debated in principle several Bills on the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. Representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning elaborated the Bills amending and modifying the: Law on Chemicals, Law on Biocides, Law on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Law on Environmental Noise Protection, Law on Environmental Protection and Law on Waste Management.

Thirty-First Sitting of the Committee on Defense and Security
At the sitting held on 18 October, the Committee on Defense and Security considered the Bills on the confirmation of four international agreements, submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee also included into its agenda the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Travel Documents, included into the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.The Committee sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Interior who explained the Bills.
