Fifty-Ninth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 30 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered four of the Bills included in the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, in principle.

Hundred and Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 30 November, the Legislative Committee considered the 32 Bills included in the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee members unanimously ruled that all the Bills adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, of which the Committee would inform the National Assembly.

Sixty-First Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 25 November, the Finance Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the 2010 Republic of Serbia Budget Law, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the amendments and modifications to the financial plans for 2010 of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, and 2) the National Employment Service, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deposit Insurance; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Deposit Insurance Agency; Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism and the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Export Development Canada under the debt of RTB Bor - Mining-Smelter Basin Group Bor d.

The Committee completed a joint discussion in principle and unified discussion on the Bill amending and modifying the 2010 Republic of Serbia Budget Law, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the amendments and modifications to the financial plans for 2010 of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, 2) the National Employment Service, on the Bills amending and modifying the Law on Banks, Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies, Law on Deposit Insurance, Law on Deposit Insurance Agency and Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, as well as the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Export Development Canada under the debt of RTB Bor - Mining-Smelter Basin Group Bor d.
