Hundred and First Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 23 November, the Legislative Committee considered, in principle, the 12 Bills submitted by the Government and included in the agenda for the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee completed a joint discussion in principle and unified discussion on the Bill amending and modifying the 2010 Republic of Serbia Budget Law, with its accompanying proposals of decisions granting consent to the amendments and modifications to the financial plans for 2010 of: 1) the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, 2) the National Employment Service, on the Bills amending and modifying the Law on Banks, Law on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies, Law on Deposit Insurance, Law on Deposit Insurance Agency and Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, as well as the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Export Development Canada under the debt of RTB Bor - Mining-Smelter Basin Group Bor d.

The Committee also completed a joint unified discussion on the six Bills on the confirmation of international treaties and agreements: the Loan Agreement for the Privileged Buyer of Zemun-Borca Bridge Project with accompanying roads between the Government of the Republic of Serbia as borrower and the Chinese Export-Import Bank as creditor, Guarantee Agreement (EPS Counters Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Guarantee Agreement (Serbian Railroads: Corridor X) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Guarantee Agreement (Belgrade Bypass/B) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and Free Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
