Fifty-Ninth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 30 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered four of the Bills included in the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, in principle.



At the sitting held on 30 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered four of the Bills included in the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.

The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Administration, in principle.

The Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill amending the Law on the Ratification of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, as amended by Protocol 11, Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Protocol 4 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms securing certain rights and freedoms other than those already included in the Convention and the first Protocol thereto, Protocol 6 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning the abolition of the Death Penalty, Protocol 7 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Protocol 12 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and Protocol 13 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms concerning the abolition of the death penalty in all circumstances, Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data and the Bill amending the Law on the Confirmation of the European Convention on Extradition with additional protocols.
