Forty-Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Health and the Family
The Committee on Health and the Family held its forty-sixth sitting on 10 May 2011. The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Paja Momcilov and attended by Minister of Health Prof. Dr Zoran Stankovic and associates and President of the Health Council of Serbia Prof. Dr Dragan Delic. The Committee members considered the Information on the Ministry’s activities in the period January-March 2011. The discussion focused on waiting lists, abuse of post in some health care institutions, voluntary insurance as well as additional work for doctors.

Seventy-Fourth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
Under article 165 of the Rules of Procedure, National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic convened a sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee so as to harmonise the amendment submitted by the Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group to article 21 of the Bill on Advocacy with the text of said Bill.

Hundred and Eighteenth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 5 May, the Legislative Committee considered, in principle, the 10 Bills proposed to be included into the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.By a majority of votes, with one vote against and one vote abstain, the Committee ruled to inform the National Assembly that the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Election of Deputies, submitted by 108 deputies, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
