When is a bill included in the agenda of a National Assembly session?

A bill that is to be adopted by regular procedure can be included in the agenda of a National Assembly session no earlier than fifteen days from the day of its submission.
A bill that is to be adopted by urgent procedure can be included in the agenda of a National Assembly session if it had been submitted no less than twenty four hours before the beginning of the session.
