To whom is a bill submitted?
The authorized proposer submits the bill to the National Assembly in writing or electronically. The National Assembly Speaker forwards the bill submitted to the National Assembly, immediately upon receipt, to the MPs, competent committees and the Government, if it is not the proposer.
