Thirty-Second Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 16 July, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the six judiciary Bills included into the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The Committee unanimously endorsed the Bills on Cooperation with the International Criminal Court, amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions, amending and modifying the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, on Execution of Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, as well as the Bills amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Law and the Criminal Code, in principle.

Forty-Seventh Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 16 July, the Administrative Committee adopted the Decision on the rate of wages at the High Judiciary Council setting the rate of wages due to the Council members on grounds of their position and elective Council members from the ranks of lawyers and professors of the Law Faculty.

Fifty-Sixth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 16 July, the Legislative Committee discussed, in principle, the 24 Bills comprising the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The Committee unanimously ruled that all the Bills adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
