Forty-Seventh Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 16 July, the Administrative Committee adopted the Decision on the rate of wages at the High Judiciary Council setting the rate of wages due to the Council members on grounds of their position and elective Council members from the ranks of lawyers and professors of the Law Faculty.

The Committee adopted the Decision on the rate of wages at the State Prosecutors Council setting the rate of wages due to the State Council members from the ranks of public prosecutors and elective State Council members from the ranks of lawyers and professors of the Law Faculty.
The Committee went on to consider the reasons for the termination of mandate of deputy Jovan Damjanovic and did not accept the proposal stating that there are appropriate conditions for the termination of the deputy’s mandate.
The Administrative Committee adopted decisions on fining deputies Vjerica Radeta, Zoran Nikolic, Zoran Krasic, Gordana Pop-Lazic and Dragan Zivkov, reprimanded for disturbing the order at the Sixth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009, as well as deputy Bajram Omeragic, reprimanded at the sitting of the Eighth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.
The Committee did not vote on the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the National Assembly Support Service, proposed by the Secretary of the National Assembly. It was agreed that this should be done at one of the upcoming Committee sittings, after the proposer had made certain amendments and modifications.
The Committee adopted the list for issuing parking stickers allowing parking in front of the National Assembly House.
The sitting was chaired by Nenad Konstatinovic, Committee Chairman.
