Second Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 22 September 2022, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, in line with the Government’s opinion, responded to the Constitutional Court regarding the initiative to launching proceedings to assess the constitutionality of the provision of Article 8a of the Law on Planning and Construction, Article 134 of the Law amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, and Article 109 of the Law amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction.
