Third Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 18 October 2022, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries, submitted by 148 MPs, in principle.

The Committee found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Ministries to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dubraka Kralj, Milica Nikolic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Vesna Nedovic, Sanja Jeftic Brankovic, Sanja Lakic, Vladimir Gajic, Dr Zika Bujuklic, Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Nebojsa Cakic, Pavle Grbovic and Olja Petrovic.
