Foreign Affairs and European Integrations Committees’ Delegations Talk to Serbian-French Parliamentary Friendship Group
Delegations of the Foreign Affairs Committee headed by the Chairman Dr Dragoljub Micunovic and the European Integrations Committee led by the Chairman Laslo Varga talked in two separate meetings at the National Assembly House today to a delegation of the French National Assembly’s Friendship Group with Serbia, headed by the Group President Jean-Pierre Dufau.

A delegation of the French National Assembly’s Friendship Group with Serbia, headed by the Group President Jean-Pierre Dufau met today with the members of the National Assembly’s Serbia-France Friendship Group led by the Group President Natasa Vuckovic.

Seventh Sitting of the Industry Committee
At the seventh sitting, held on 8 December, called by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, the Industry Committee members discussed the Information on the negotiations between the delegations of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation regarding the Agreement on cooperation in the oil and gas field.

Serbian and Norwegian Parliament Speakers Meet
Today, at the National Assembly House, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the Speaker of Parliament of the Kingdom of Norway, Thorbjorn Jagland, as part of his two-day visit to Serbia. Welcoming the high guest on the behalf of the deputies of the National Assembly, Parliament Speaker Djukic-Dejanovic estimated that the visit will help deepen an already good cooperation between the two parliaments which should be furthered through the cooperation between the committees and friendship groups in both parliaments.

Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Receives Norwegian Parliament Speaker
The Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Dragoljub Micunovic received today at the National Assembly House the Speaker of Parliament of the Kingdom of Norway Thorbjørn Jagland, with whom he spoke of the bilateral relations and cooperation between the two friendly countries and nations.

Fifth Sitting of the Youth and Sports Committee
At the fifth sitting, held on 4 December, the members of the Youth and Sports Committee were briefed on the Ministry of Youth and Sports Information on the recently completed 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, with a focus on the means invested and results achieved and the Ministry’s plan and programme for the preparation of Serbian sportsmen and women for the upcoming 2012 Olympics in London.
