Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2008
At the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session, convened for 28 November, then postponed for 18 December 2008, the National Assembly discussed the Proposal for a no-confidence vote in the Government of the Republic of Serbia submitted by a group of 86 deputies from the Democratic Party of Serbia – Vojislav Kostunica, New Serbia and Serbian Radical Party deputy groups.

Twenty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 18 December, the Legislative Committee discussed in principle the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2009, with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2009, projections for 2010 and 2011 and proposals of decisions granting consent to financial plans for 2009 of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Health Insurance Agency and National Employment Service, submitted by the Government.
