The following agenda was adopted for the Twelfth Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004, convened by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, for 10 a.m. on Monday 24 May:

1. Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;
2. Bill Amending and Modifying the Education Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;
3. Bill on Medicines and Medical Supplies, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

On the first day of the session, the National Assembly commenced to discuss the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings.

On the second day of the session (25 May), the National Assembly concluded discussing the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings in principle, and commenced to discuss its particulars.

On the third day of the session (26 May), the deputies concluded debating the particulars of the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings and commenced to discuss in principle the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Foundations of the Education System.

On the fourth day of the session (27 May), the National Assembly discussed the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Foundations of the Education System in principle and in particular.

At the beginning of the fifth day of the session (28 May), the Vice-chairman and acting chairman of the National Assembly, Vojislav Mihajlovic, informed the deputies that the Government of the Republic of Serbia had withdrawn the Bill on Medicines and Medical Supplies from procedure, and set Voting Day for the same day.

On Voting Day, the National Assembly adopted, in their entirety, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Criminal Proceedings and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Foundations of the Education System.

The National Assembly having discussed and voted on all items from the agenda, the acting chairman concluded the Twelfth Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004.
