1. The Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the alleviation of the visa issuance procedure, submitted by the Government,

2. The Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the readmission of persons of illegal stay, submitted by the Government,

3. The Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of France on the return and acceptance of individuals in an irregular situation, with Protocol, submitted by the Government.

On its first working day the National Assembly commenced a joint unified discussion on the three bills on the confirmation of the agreements. The Members of Parliament posed several questions to the Government and requested information on certain current issues.

On the second day of the session, 6 November, the National Assembly conducted a joint unified debate on the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the alleviation of the visa issuance procedure, the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the readmission of persons of illegal stay and the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of France on the return and acceptance of individuals in an irregular situation.

Voting Day

In the morning part of the sitting on 7 November, the National Assembly concluded the unified discussion on all the Bills on the agenda.

After the discussion, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Oliver Dulic, designated the Voting Day to start at 12 a.m.

As part of the Voting day the National Assembly adopted the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the alleviation of the visa issuance procedure, the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Community on the readmission of persons of illegal stay and the Bill on the confirmation of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Serbia and Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of France on the return and acceptance of individuals in an irregular situation, with Protocol, in their entirety.

After the National Assembly had concluded the debate and came to a decision on all the items on the agenda, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Oliver Dulic concluded the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2007.
