Before moving onto the agenda, the heads i.e. authorised representatives of the parliamentary groups, MPs Enis Imamovic, Aleksandar Jugovic, Olena Papuga, Dragan Jovanovic, Janko Veselinovic, Borislav Stefanovic and Mirko Krlic, requested information and explanations in line with article 287 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The National Assembly set the following agenda:

1. Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Citizens against Infectious Diseases, submitted by a group of 234 MPs;
2. Proposal of the Decision on the election of judge to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
3. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Canada on Stimulation and Protection of Investment, submitted by the Government;
4. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation, submitted by the Government;
5. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Georgia on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism, submitted by the Government;
6. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism, submitted by the Government.

The National Assembly accepted the proposal of MP Nenad Nikolic to complete a joint single debate on items 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the agenda.

The National Assembly then commenced a debate in principle on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Citizens against Infectious Diseases, elaborated by MP Prof. Dr Mileta Poskurica as representative of the submitters.

The sitting was also attended by Minister of Health Dr Zlatibor Loncar.

In the course of the sitting, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic greeted, on the behalf of the MPs and herself, the participants of the Sixth Meeting of Chairpersons of Foreign Affairs Committees of Parliaments of South East Europe, who followed part of the sitting from the gallery of the Grand Hall.

By the end of the day, the National Assembly had completed the debate in principle on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Citizens against Infectious Diseases.

On the second day of the proceedings, 17 April, the National Assembly completed a single debate on the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judge to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council. The Decision Proposal was elaborated by High Judicial Council member Aleksandar Stoiljkovski.

By the end of the day, the National Assembly had also completed a joint single debate on items 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the agenda. These bills were elaborated, on the behalf of the submitter, by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Dr Rasim Ljajic.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda, the Chair, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic set Friday, 17 April 2015, as Voting Day on all the items on the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015, starting at 1.20 pm.

On Voting Day, 17 April, by majority vote, the National Assembly passed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of Citizens against Infectious Diseases

By majority vote, the MPs also adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judge to judicial office for the first time, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Canada on Stimulation and Protection of Investment, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Georgia on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism.

As the National Assembly had completed the debate on all the items on the agenda and ruled on them, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic concluded the Fourth Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
