Fourteenth Sitting of the Committee on Kosovo and Metohija
The Committee on Kosovo and Metohija lacked a decision-making quorum at the fourteenth sitting scheduled for 7 May when the Committee members were to be briefed on the responses to the deputies’ questions the Committee had forwarded to the relevant ministries.

National Assembly Speaker Takes Part in Seventh Gathering of Parliament Speakers Participants in the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic took part in the Seventh gathering of parliament speakers participants in the Adriatic-Ionian Initiative held in Athens, 3 – 5 May 2009. The Parliament Speaker talked on two topics: “Energy and Environmental Challenges” and “Forms of Regional Tourism Development”.

Twenty-Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the twenty-eighth sitting, held on 4 May, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the Conclusion of the National Assembly Privatisation Committee recommending that the Committee on Justice and Administration consider, within its jurisdiction, the issue of the group of citizens engaged in litigation against PE “Boreli” from Belgrade for their right of ownership over the premises bought from company “Borovo” from Vukovar.

Deputies’ Questions
On 30 April, at 4 pm., in line with article 200 paragraph 1 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the deputies stopped the discussion on the agenda for the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009 and posed various questions to the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Twenty-Sixth Sitting of the Finance Committee

Ninth Sitting of the Youth and Sports Committee
The Youth and Sports Committee held its ninth sitting on 30 April 2009. The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Milan Vuckovic and attended by the State Secretary of Sport Slavisa Zlatanovic and Head of the Sports Department at the Ministry of Youth and Sport Dragan Atanasov.
