National Assembly Speaker Convenes Commemorative Gathering on Occasion of Death of Deputy Nandor Maraci
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia , Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic extended condolences, on the behalf of the deputies, to the family of the late Nandor Maraci, deputy of the group For European Serbia and member of the Democratic Party.

Sixteenth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At the sitting held on 15 December, the Privatisation Committee considered and adopted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for November 2009 and the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for December 2009. The Committee sitting was chaired by Milan Nikolic, Committee Chairman.

Fifteenth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee
At the sitting held on 15 December, the Privatisation Committee considered and adopted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for October 2009, the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for November 2009, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Republic of Serbia Share Fund for October 2009 and the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Republic of Serbia Share Fund for November 2009. The Committee members went on to consider five pieces of information submitted by the Privatisation Agency: on the realisation of the Restructuring Programme of company Generalexport from Belgrade, in the process of restructuring, and company International CG from Belgrade, in the process of restructuring, on the privatisation process and control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations of the buyer of privatisation subject Trayal Corporation from Krusevac, on the privatisation process of Prva Iskra from Baric and control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations of the buyer of factories PAM, Polystyrol, Reinforcement and FRAK, Standard Process Equipment and Montaza and on the control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations of the buyer of ISP Savremena Administracija from Belgrade.

Forty-Fifth Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 14 December, the Finance Committee discussed in principle the Bills included in the agenda for the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Zoran Krasic, while representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Science and Technological Development presented the Bills to the Finance Committee.
