Seventy-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 23 December, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments to the Bills on the agenda of the Seventh Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009. The Committee declared all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Emergency Situations, Bill modifying the Law on the Security Information Agency, Bill amending and modifying the Civil Procedure Act, Bill on Administrative Disputes, Bill amending and modifying the Misdemeanor Law and the Bill on the Expiration of the Law on Organisation and Operation of Economic Units of Institutions for the Execution of Penal Sanctions legally feasible.

The December issue of magazine About the House published by the House of Representatives of the Australian Parliament featured an article titled Building Bridges, about the visit of the Serbian parliamentary delegation to Australia in mid-September 2009.The leader of the Serbian parliamentary delegation visiting Australia spoke about the country’s desire to move forward into a new era of cooperation.
