The representative of the Ministry of Finance, Zorica Dunic, Assistant Minister, stressed that the Bill provides normative prerequisites for compulsory insurance in traffic, that the Bill is harmonized with European standards, that it is regulated by five directives and that it is expected to create a unified ambient in insurance in traffic.
Following a short discussion, the Finance Committee members accepted the Bill on Compulsory Insurance in Traffic in principle, by a majority of votes.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Zoran Krasic.
