Twenty-Eighth Sitting of the Finance Committee
At the sitting held on 1 June, the Finance Committee discussed in principle the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of “Societe Generale”, Paris, France under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads”, the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Unicredit Bank Serbia a.
At the sitting held on 1 June, the Finance Committee discussed in principle the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of “Societe Generale”, Paris, France under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads”, the Bill granting guaranty by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Unicredit Bank Serbia a.d. Belgrade under the debt of Public Enterprise “Serbian Roads” and the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The Ministry representatives briefly outlined the Bills for the Committee members.

The Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law lowers fiscal charges for physical entities levied on income realised from professional fees.
Following a short discussion, the Committee members accepted all three bills in principle by a majority of votes.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Zoran Krasic.
