Twelfth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 27 November 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the corrected amendments submitted to the Bill on Judges and Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors by deputies Srdjan Spasojevic and Zlata Djeric.
At the sitting held on 27 November 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the corrected amendments submitted to the Bill on Judges and Bill on the State Council of Prosecutors by deputies Srdjan Spasojevic and Zlata Djeric.
The Committee unanimously ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept the proposed amendments.
At the sitting, the Committee also submitted an amendment to the Bill on the High Judicial Council, incorporating and harmonising the amendments submitted to the Bill by deputies Vjerica Radeta and Zeljko Tomic.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
