Thirty-Sixth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 16 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the particulars of eighth Bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda for the Second Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2009.The Committee discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation of Courts, Bill amending the Law on Judges, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Public Prosecution, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in War Crime Proceedings, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of High Technology Crime, Bill on the Judicial Academy, Bill on Data Confidentiality and Bill determining the maximum number of employees in local administration.

The Committee unanimously endorsed all the amendments accepted by the Government.

The sitting was chaired by Bosko Ristic, Committee Chairman.
