Thirteenth Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 29 September, the Administrative Committee discussed the Report on the election of deputies for the purpose of filling vacant deputy seats at the National Assembly, submitted by the Republic Electoral Commission.

Ascertaining that the conditions have been met for the verification of mandates of deputies Ljubisa Petkovic, elected from the Serbian Radical Party-Dr Vojislav Seselj electoral list and Nenad Canak elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, the Administrative Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the verification of the mandates of the newly elected deputies.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic.
