Third Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 3 July, the Administrative Committee brought a document establishing deputy Nebojsa Randjelovic’s right to a monthly compensation of expenses for the purpose of renting an apartment in Belgrade, starting on 11 June of this year, as well as documents on the salaries of the Secretary of the National Assembly, Trustee for Information of Public Importance, his deputy and Ombudsman.
At the sitting held on 3 July, the Administrative Committee brought a document establishing deputy Nebojsa Randjelovic’s right to a monthly compensation of expenses for the purpose of renting an apartment in Belgrade, starting on 11 June of this year, as well as documents on the salaries of the Secretary of the National Assembly, Trustee for Information of Public Importance, his deputy and Ombudsman.
The Committee went on to reject as unfounded the request of deputy Bozidar Koprivica to determine his right to a salary in a six month period after the cessation of his function as deputy. The Committee determined the cessation of Rajka Mihaljevic’s function as Chief of Cabinet of the Speaker of the National Assembly due to the expiration of the time she was appointed for.
Having considered the request of several deputies for a specific writing of names on their identification cards in the languages of national minorities, the Committee concluded that the names of the deputies on their identification cards can be written in Serbian and using the cyrillic script, as well as in the language and script of the national minority in the order preferred by the deputies.
Based on the Report of the Electoral Commission and the certificate submitted by the deputy, the Administrative Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the verification of mandate to deputy Miodrag Stoilovic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic.
The sitting was chaired by the Chairman of the Administrative Committee, Tomislav Nikolic.
