Sixth Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee
At the sitting held on 22 September, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee unanimously decided to retract the Committee’s three amendments, submitted at the sitting held on 21 September, to articles 7, 8 and 10 of the Bill amending the Law on Ionizing Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety.
The Committee went on to modify the amendments to articles 7, 8 and 10 of the Bill, which the Committee had submitted at the sitting held on 20 September.
The Committee members also modified the amendment to article 15 of the Bill amending the Law on Chemicals, which the Committee had submitted at the sitting held on 21 September.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Milica Vojic Markovic.
