The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of MP Marko Djuric elected from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN Electoral List and MPs Novica Toncev and Marija Jovanovic from the IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma” Electoral List left vacant seats in the National Assembly, pursuant to provisions of Article 88 of the Law on Election of MPs.

Pursuant to Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Republic Electoral Commission’s Decision and certificate of election of MPs Olivera Ognjanovic, elected from the ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – FOR OUR CHILDREN Electoral List; Nina Pavicevic and Vojislav Vujic, elected from the IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma” Electoral List, ascertained the veracity of the data, and noted that conditions have been met to verify the term of office of the newly-elected MPs.

The Committee members unanimously proposed that the National Assembly, having received this report, note the verification of the term of office of the newly-elected MPs Olivera Ognjanovic, Nina Pavicevic and Vojislav Vujic.
