Seventy-Second Sitting of the Finance Committee

At a sitting held on 13 April, the Finance Committee considered the Bills included in the agenda for the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2011, on the particulars.



At a sitting held on 13 April, the Finance Committee considered the Bills included in the agenda for the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly in 2011, on the particulars. The sitting was chaired by Zoran Krasic, Committee Chairman.

The Committee considered the Bill on the Capital Market on the particulars and did not endorse any of the 22 amendments submitted to it, which were not accepted by the Government either. The Committee proposed an amendment of its own to article 107, paragraph 3 of the Bill.

The Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Investment Fund Law, to which ten amendments had been submitted but the Government accepted none of them.

Out of the 21 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Financial Leasing Law, the Government and Committee accepted only one.

Out of the ten amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Default Interest Rate, the Committee endorsed only one which had been accepted by the Government.

Out of the 24 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans, the Government and Committee accepted five.

The Committee noted the resignation of Securities Commission member Dejan Malinic and is to submit a Decision Proposal on it to the National Assembly for adoption.
