Seventy-Eighth Sitting of the Finance Committee

At a sitting held on 27 June 2011, the Finance Committee members accepted, in principle, the Bills amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law and the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, submitted by the Government and elaborated by a representative of the Ministry of Finance.


By a majority of votes, the Committee members also accepted the Bill Granting Guarantee by the Republic of Serbia in favour of Ваnса Intesa АD Belgrade, Societe General Serbia a.d. Belgrade, Нуро-Аlре-Аdriа Ваnk a.d. Belgrade, Erste Ваnk a.d. Novi Sad, Commercial Bank a.d. Belgrade and Unicredit Bank Serbia a.d. Belgrade under the debt of Srbijagas Public Enterprise Novi Sad and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania regulating the debt of the Republic of Albania toward the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members went on to consider the Nominations for president and members of the Securities Commission where Zoran Cirovic was nominated as Commission President, and Dragutin Radosavljevic, Dusan Bajec, Milko Stimac and Zorica Krnjevic-Miskovic were nominated as members. Following a debate the Committee formulated the Proposal of the Decision for the election of the Securities Commission, by a majority of votes.

The Committee members also considered the Proposal of the Rules of Procedure of the Fiscal Council and the Proposal of the Rulebook on internal organisation and job systematisation at the Fiscal Council which were elaborated by a representative of the Fiscal Council, and gave consent to both documents by a majority of votes.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Krasic, Committee Chairman.
