Seventieth Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 5 April, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Advocacy, Bill on Public Notaries, Bill on Enforcement and Security, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Criminal Court on the enforcement of International Criminal Court Sentences, in principle.
At the sitting held on 5 April, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the Bill on Advocacy, Bill on Public Notaries, Bill on Enforcement and Security, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the International Criminal Court on the enforcement of International Criminal Court Sentences, in principle.
The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bills, in principle.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
