Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the seventh sitting, held on 7 October 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the information of the Grand Personnel Council on the termination of duties of judges due to mandatory retirement and determined the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of judicial duty.

According to the Decision, judicial duty is terminated for Danica Bogdanovic, judge of the Supreme Court of Serbia and Radmila Stajic, judge of the District Court in
The Committee concluded to forward the Proposal of the Decision to the National Assembly proposing that it be urgently discussed.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
