Petitions and Proposals Committee Chairman Talks to Odbrana Association Representatives

On 24 August 2010, the Chairman of Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic received to the representatives of the Association of aggrieved servicemen and civilians of Serbia Odbrana from Belgrade.


On 24 August 2010, the Chairman of Committee on Petitions and Proposals Sasa Dujovic received to the representatives of the Association of aggrieved servicemen and civilians of Serbia Odbrana from Belgrade. On the behalf of the Association the meeting was attended by Milan Cvetkovic, the Association’s lawyer, Djordje Anicic and Dragan Milojevic.

In the meeting, the representatives of the Association of aggrieved servicemen and civilians of Serbia outlined the servicemen’s problems complaining about the work of judicial authorities, as well as judicial obstruction in their attempts to solve said problems.

The Committee Chairman heard the Association representatives out and informed them that he would initiate the resolution of these problems at the competent institutions, in line with legal competencies and the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
