Petitions and Proposals Committee Chairman Talks to JUKOM and HBS Foundation Representatives

In the continuation of the series of meetings with representatives of regulatory bodies elected by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and non-governmental organisations, Sasa Dujovic, Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals, talked today to representatives of JUKOM and HBS Foundation non-governmental organisations.



In the continuation of the series of meetings with representatives of regulatory bodies elected by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and non-governmental organisations, Sasa Dujovic, Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals, talked today to representatives of JUKOM and HBS Foundation non-governmental organisations. On the behalf of JUKOM, the meeting was attended by Katarina Jozic, Milan Antonijevic and Hana Copic, and HBS Foundation was represented by Wolfgang Klotz on the behalf of the Southeastern Europe Regional Office.

Committee Chairman Dujovic briefed the guests on the Committee’s work plan and activities. He pointed out that in future the Committee will intensify its work on the local level, in both municipalities and towns across Serbia. The goal and priority of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals will be working with the citizens in all the parts of the country, Dujovic added.

In the meeting, the participants agreed on the necessity of cooperation between the National Assembly and non-governmental institutions in order to ensure an efficient and timely action according to the Serbian citizens’ petitions and proposals sent to the National Assembly.
