At the sitting held on 9 September, the Administrative Committee considered the Report of the Republic Electoral Commission on filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly. The sitting was chaired by Nenad Konstantinovic, Committee Deputy Chairman.

The Committee noted that with the termination of the mandate of deputy Milan Vukovic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, a deputy seat had been left vacant at the National Assembly belonging to the political party from whose electoral list he had been elected.

In line with the Rules of Procedure, based on the Report of the Republic Electoral Commission and certificate of election of deputy Bojana Stanojevic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, the Administrative Committee ascertained that the conditions have been met to verify the mandate of said deputy.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly, under the Law on the election of deputies, acknowledge the verification of deputy Bojana Stanojevic’s mandate.
