Ninety-Fourth Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 13 July, the Legislative Committee considered the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedureand 10 of the Bills included in the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010. The Committee members adopted the proposal to inform the National Assembly that the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, submitted by 122 deputies, adheres to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.



At the sitting held on 13 July, the Legislative Committee considered the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedureand 10 of the Bills included in the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010.

The Committee members adopted the proposal to inform the National Assembly that the Proposal of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, submitted by 122 deputies, adheres to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee unanimously ruled to inform the National Assembly that the Bills on Trade, amending and modifying the Law on Road Traffic Safety, amending and modifying the Law on the Anti-Corruption Agency and amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members adopted the proposal to inform the National Assembly that the Bills on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on granting a state loan to the Republic of Serbia, of the Loan Agreement for the purpose of implementing the Financial Protocol concluded on 15 December 2009 between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of France, between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and NATIXIS acting on the behalf of the Government of the Republic of France, of the Finance Agreement (School Modernisation Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank, of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Austria on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax, of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax and of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to income and property tax, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.
