Newly-Elected Judges Take Oath of Office Before Supreme Court President and National Assembly Speaker
Judges elected to office for the first time at High Judicial Council sessions held on 10 and 24 October 2024, took the oath of office on Wednesday, 25 December 2024, before the President of the Supreme Court Jasmina Vasovic and National Assembly Speaker Ana Brnabic.
The newly-elected judges pledged to abide by the Constitution and laws and to perform their duty as best they know and can and serve only truth and justice.
The oath of office was taken by judges of the basic courts in Backa Palanka, Bor, Valjevo, Vrbas, Negotin, Sremska Mitrovica, Stara Pazova, Sombor and Sabac, misdemeanour courts in Belgrada, Backa Palanka, Zajecar, Novi Sad, Pancevo, Ruma and Uzice, as well as judges of the Administrative Court.
