National Assembly Speaker Ivica Dacic Convenes 17th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature
At the request of 237 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the 17th Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, for Wednesday, 2 February 2022, starting at 10 am.
- Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of the provision of Article 10, paragraph 1, of the Law on Interoperability of the Railway System, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues;
- Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of public prosecutors, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the Prosecutorial Council, and
- Proposal of Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment to the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the National Assembly Speaker.
