National Assembly Speaker Convenes Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2022

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic convened the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2022 for Monday, 5 December 2022, starting at 11 am.

The following agenda was proposed for the sitting:

  1. Republic of Serbia 2023 Budget Bill, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2023 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2023 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2023 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the National Employment Service 2023 Financial Plan, submitted by the Government,
  2. Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the National Employment Service 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the Government,
  3. Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the Government,

Bill of the Loan of the Republic of Serbia with NLB Komercijalna banka AD Beograd for the funding of Project Construction of IB-Class State Road, Expressway Section: Highway E-75 Belgrade – Nis (“Pozarevac” interchange) – Pozarevac (roundabout) – Veliko Gradiste – Golubac (Danube highway), submitted by the Government,
  19. Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Protocol on Financial and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Kingdom of Spain in the Field of Infrastructure Projects, submitted by the Government,
  20. Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Hungary on Friendly Relations and Cooperation in the Field of Strategic Partnership, submitted by the Government,
  21. Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Scaling-Up Residential Clean Energy Project) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, submitted by the Government,
  22.   35. Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Composition of the Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee, submitted by the National Assembly Speaker.


The sitting will be held in the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
