National Assembly Speaker Convenes Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature
At the request of 237 MPs, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the Second Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, for Tuesday, 9 February 2021, starting at 10 am.
- Social Card Bill, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho on Cooperation in the Field of Defence, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia on Cooperation in the Fight against Migrant Smuggling, submitted by the Government;
- Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 2, paragraph 1, item 3 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 35/19 и 88/19), submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, and
- Proposal of an Authentic Interpretation of Article 64, paragraph 1 of the Law on Higher Education (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 88/17, 73/18, 27/18 – state law, 67/19 and 6/20 – state law), submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues.
