At the sitting held on 16 July, the Administrative Committee ascertained that by tendering their resignations deputies’ Goran Bogdanovic, Oliver Dulic, Vladimir Jovanovic, Vesna Martinovic, Nadica Momirov and Ana Tomanova-Makanova, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia-Boris Tadic, deputies’ Ivica Dacic, Dr Jovan Krkobabic, Milutin Mrkonjic and Dr Zarko Obradovic, elected from the SPS-PUPS-US electoral list and deputies’ Dragan Jovanovic and Branislav Nedimovic elected from the DPS-NS-Vojilsav Kostunica electoral list mandates as members of parliament have ended before the end of the term they were elected for and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the end of the deputies’ mandates.

The Committee went on to accept the request of deputy Zivojin Stankovic to realise the right to a monthly compensation for apartment rental and the request of deputy Munir Poturak to realise the right to a monthly compensation for apartment rental and separate living.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Tomislav Nikolic.
