Forty-Second Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee
At the sitting held on 23 February, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed, in principle, the Bill on the National Assembly, submitted by a group of 128 deputies.
At the sitting held on 23 February, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed, in principle, the Bill on the National Assembly, submitted by a group of 128 deputies.
By a majority of votes, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill in principle, with the modifications the Committee submitted in the form of amendments to articles 16, 19 and 41 of the Bill. Five Committee members reserved their opinions.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
