At the sitting held on 21 April, the Justice and Administration Committee considered three Bills included in the agenda for the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010, on the particulars.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly accept all the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Constitutional Procedures and the Bill amending and modifying the Act on Publication of Laws and other Enactments and on Publication of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, which had been accepted by the Government. In addition to the amendments submitted by the deputies to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Official Use of Languages and Scripts, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly accept the Government’s amendment to article 4 of the Bill and the Committee’s amendment to the same article.

The Committee members considered deputy Mihailo Puric’s memo on organising appropriate working facilities for the Commercial Court in Valjevo – Loznica court unit and concluded that the Committee should forward an appeal to the Ministry of Justice requesting appropriate working conditions for the court unit in Loznica.
