First Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004

The following agenda was set for the First Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004, convened at the request of 90 deputies by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Dragan Marsicanin, for 10 a.


The following agenda was set for the First Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004, convened at the request of 90 deputies by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Dragan Marsicanin, for 10 a.m. on 9 February 2004:

1. Bill Modifying the Act on the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro, submitted by 82 deputies of the Serbian Radical Party;
2. Proposal of a Decision Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by deputy Boris Tadic, chairman of the Democratic Party - Boris Tadic Deputies’ Group.

The National Assembly adopted both the Bill Modifying the Act on the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro and the Proposal of a Decision Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia as wholes, without discussion, thus concluding the First Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004.
